TBM is a newly built student residence of which IDEA has taken care of the executive design, the optimization of technical supplies, as well as the application of innovative construction technologies on behalf of leading brands in the construction and engineering sector. Particular attention has been paid to the technical surfaces of fireproof and acoustic compartmentation and to the regulatory compliance with regard to the anti-seismic structural design.
