The planning and the realizations concerned the structural and monumental parts of the Basilica, in particular with the enhancement of both the apparatus of the tunnels (the deepest part of the complex), and of the paleochristian basilica hypogeum, as well asof the portico of1600. After the activities ofrelief and diagnostics is  the structure of the roof has been restored with innovative techniques for which the conservative restoration on the perimeter wall structures, and reclamation and safety measures were carried out with attention to lighting and guarding works inside the catacomb site.
