Fast food concept by IDEA with the aim of creating a welcoming and refined environment at affordable prices for everyone. The project is inspired by the shell that like a casket opens to the customers to lead them to a fish restaurant with different elements of focus, from the open kitchen to the tubs where you can choose the products to be consumed. The Italian culinary tradition moves towards fusion, meeting modern and minimalist design in the spaces, a space for customers looking for fast and gourmet dishes, smart catering for all tastes.
