IDEA carried out the design of the structural system as well as the Technical Management of this important commercial center in the Laurentino district. He carried out the executive design and construction of the roofs and all the horizontal and vertical technical surfaces, from the laying surfaces of the marble flooring, to the fireproof and acoustic diaphragms and partitioning for the various pavilions. The technical floors for interiors and exteriors were designed, suitable for vehicles and not highly walkable. Innovative technologies  have been put in place especially with regard to the study of acoustics, lighting and earthquake resistance.
